We write the words

We agree on a launch date together. If a few things are still missing, we still launch on that date and add them later as a monthly change.
After launch
We keep the lights on.
Your monthly plan covers everything it takes to keep your site online and current.
Hosting
Your site is hosted for you. There’s no hosting account to set up and no separate hosting bill.
Security certificate
We keep your HTTPS certificate active, so customers don’t see a “Not secure” warning.
Backups
We keep backups of your site, so it can be restored if something goes wrong.
Uptime monitoring
We get an alert if your site stops loading, so we can look into it.
Minor changes every month
1 a month on Care, 2 on Growth: new hours, prices, photos, menu items, text or a promotion banner.
Priority on Growth
Growth requests are handled before Care requests.

Every site we build uses HTTPS, with a security certificate we keep active. Our sites are simple, so there are fewer moving parts that can go wrong. No website is completely risk-free, so we also keep backups and monitor your site.
